Looking Private room and bath, Apt or House

Hi, my name is David and I'm looking for a private room and bath in a house or apt with Wifi and uncomplicated parking. Kitchen privileges on occasion would be nice, but I will mostly microwave or dine out. Uncomplicated garage or street parking is needed as well. I'm self employed and have been for many years. If I'm at home it's to sleep, or sleep-in with no drama, news on the TV and some internet work. A bedroom furnished with a full size bed (not King) would work so furnished, or unfurnished. I'm out at the different historic renovation project sites during the day and usually come in later in the evenings. I always clean up after myself without being told, and try to be respectful of others. East Hollywood and/or the Silverlake area, Hancock Park or West Hollywood is preferred. I consider myself a mature and responsible man capable of dealing with all kinds of people.
