I have been in New York since 2012 and have been in my place in East Harlem for the past 3 years. In my time here I have also lived in Astoria and the Bronx. I love my current apartment but my roommate is moving so I am looking for a new apartment/roommate(s).

I am a respectful, responsible, fun, active, LGBTQ friendly, clean and tidy roommate. I am a 25 years old and I work at a 9-5 job in Marketing. Outside my job I am pretty social (but usually outside the apartment) and work out a lot--so I am generally out and about. One or two nights a week I like to unwind in the apartment. I am pretty clean and organized, but I wouldn't say I am a neat freak, but I have lived with neat freaks before and they'd tell you that I take great care of common spaces. I would like a roommate who is willing to pull their equal share in keeping the apartment clean and tidy.

Ideally I am looking for a friendly environment, someone who wouldn't mind hanging out in common spaces together when we are both home here and there but I don't mind keeping to ourselves either.
