ISO 1 Bedroom w/access to Kitchen & Living Room

I'm looking to rent one bedroom with access to rest of apartment; Kitchen, Living Room, Bathroom, and smoke free. Home is my sanctuary for peace, relaxing, recharging, and escaping the concrete jungle. I like to keep home clean, chill, and free of heavy traffic and little to no parties. I'm quiet, rarely have guests, and very respectful of all people & shared rooms, never leave a mess behind or sink of dirty dishes, and I chip in for shared home products & cleaning chores. Iso similar roommates.

I’ve been freelancing in film, television, photo, events many years. I’m a union Art Dept. Coordinator. 2022 began as a Prop Assistant & Set Dresser too. In 2021 I left NY needing a break/change after some major life events both personal + CV! rus and lived in Mexico then LA. Now back in NY I prefer a temporary sublet with a roommate to get me through my current freelance film/tv project which is a Sony Peacock series called Long Bright River that ends 7/12.
