Iso Affordable Housing, Bedroom In Shared Apt

I’m a well-travelled, free-spirit, minimalist looking for a bedroom with access to a bathroom, kitchen, and living room for at least 6 months minimum to get me through winter. I am open to longer if we're compatible roommates and until I win an affordable housing unit for myself, which can take time. Crazy we must win a lottery to get affordable housing!

I’ve been freelancing in film, television, photo, in the Art Dept. IATSE union member. Worked on films The Union, Hustlers, Paterson, series Long Bright River, The Equalizer, Ads for Cosmopolitan & Victoria's Secret, music videos for George Ezra, White Stripes, U2.

Home is my sanctuary for peace, relaxing, recharging. I like to keep it clean, chill, free of drama, heavy noise and traffic. I never bring a party home. I do nightlife occasionally and keep it outside the home. I’m a great roommate with references and experience living with both females and males. I'm LGBTQ friendly. I'm respectful of all people and shared spaces. Kitchen use is light for simple meals. I clean after myself, never leaving a mess behind, wash my dishes soon after use. I chip in for shared home products and cleaning chores. I don't smoke or have pets. My free time is spent with arts, creativity, exploring, nature, friends, family, learning, traveling. My profile pic is 2025. Age is just a number. It’s more about individuals, maturity, and open-minds. I believe we learn more the wider our tribe.

IMPORTANT: Roommates must communicate, be drama-free, NON-passive-aggressive, mindful and respectful of all people and shared spaces. Please clean after yourself in shared spaces. Please no frequent house parties - occasionally is okay. I don't mind guests for dinner, movie, or overnight stay 1-2x week max.

I prefer smoke-free shared spaces. If you smoke...in your bedroom or outside would be appreciated.
