39y/o female seeks calm, respectful roommates(s)

Hello, I?m a non smoker female and have a full time overnight job in the medical field. I?m dating a recently divorced professional who is sharing custody and coparenting 2 small children 50/50. Because of his kids ages we are not ready to live together full time as that may be hard on the kids. That said i would make a great roommate as due to my overnight schedule and the fact that I?ll be staying with him 2/3 times a week. He is in Bergen County and I want to move closer to him. You will hardly know I?m there. I have a good relationship with my current landlord and would like to allow him 4/5 weeks to replace me therefore I prefer a move in date of Aug 1st.
