My original housing unexpectedly fell through and I’m urgently trying to secure a furnished NYC sublet for June 10–July 20 (firm.)

• For room, females preferred, males if clean & respectful 20s-40s. No couples.

📍 Preferred Areas:
Lower Manhattan, Midtown, UES, Brooklyn Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, Greenpoint, Bushwick, Park Slope, Dumbo, Bed-Stuy, Sunset Park. Nothing north of UES. No Jersey.

I’ll be out of the home majority of the time during my stay. Extremely clean (have allergies if it's not clean,) quiet, respectful, and happy to provide references/background check. Can pay upfront for the right fit.
🐾 I have two small, sweet, cuddly, indoor cats who are very well-trained.
