Looking for a room !!

Hi everyone!

My name is Kendra, I?m 25 and originally from Southern California. I?ve been living in NYC for a little over 3 years, and feel it?s time to find more permanent roommates!

I?m looking for a private room with a shared living space. I?ll list my requirements below!
- fits queen sized bed (or already furnished if a sublet)
- small closet / storage space for clothing

That?s literally it! I don?t need much space and I like to keep things simple, and easy.

As for roommates, I think respecting each other is the most important part of sharing a space, but I?ll list some preferences below:
- I don?t mind smokers / louder noises / occasional parties / etc but I am personally quiet when home
- shared responsibility of cleaning and other household tasks is a must

About me:
- I work in the service industry as a bartender in Manhattan
- I work 5-6 days a week
- My hours change each week, and I often work until 2 or 4 am
- I?m very quiet when coming / going from the apartment, but if you have a dog that barks you will probably be woken up
- I spend most of my days off doing household chores / shopping, or out exploring / with friends
- I don?t mind spending time with roommates, it?s great to get along with the people you live with
- I?ll cook occasionally, but keep it very simple
- I ALWAYS clean dishes, wipe down the bathroom/shower, and pick up the living room after myself
- I?m very open to other people?s lifestyles!
- Even though I keep things lowkey, my roommates are welcome to live how they please!
- lgbtq+ friendly , will not consider rooming with anyone who is not
