I'm originally from NC but have been in NYC for two years and accidentally really like it so decided to stick around. I just finished a Masters degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs at NYU and will be starting a job at NYU shortly. I am very clean, very considerate, love to cook/bake, love to be outside, always down for a happy hour or a brunch because I'm basic like that. I am a morning person but do like to go out with friends occasionally. I really enjoy being in nature and tend to de-stress by going on walks or to the park. Will hate-watch the Bachelor and get deep into an HGTV TV spiral if you're into that. Lets chat about our day over a bottle of wine and some nachos and see if we can be pals with the same address.

I think in any good roommate situation, friendliness, consideration, and communication are key. Gross kitchens and bathrooms are my pet peeve so I'd love to live with someone who is not averse to using a little multipurpose cleaner every so often, ya know? I'm pretty chill but also expect roommates to be communicative and respectful! It would be neat to live with someone where we can be on friendly terms but a cohabitant is fine too!

Ideal Living situation: Apartment with outdoor space in a nice walkable neighborhood, Reasonably sized bedroom (Queen Sized) with window and closet. 2 bedroom with one other roommate would be ideal, but would do a 3 bed with good people! I am looking to move in July since my current lease ends in August. Would love an apartment in a walkable neighborhood with outdoor space!
