Easygoing professional relocating

Hello! I am relocating to the DC area for a new job, and I would love to find a roommate(s) to start the transition. I am a tidy individual and would like to live with others who keep a clean house. Respect for common spaces is greatly appreciated. I value others privacy, but also enjoy making quality connections with others. I have a cat named Navi who is pretty shy of strangers, but a lover of laps with individuals she?s grown to trust. Sadly, she does not do well with other pets. Personally, I enjoy reading, games (video/board/cards), watching tv, running, bouldering, music/dancing, and exploring the city. Queer friendly.
