Looking for home while in school (8/1)

Hello!

I am a soon-to-be Columbia undergrad looking for an awesome apartment in the city. I prefer somewhere near the L and close to a grocery store. I don?t mind living with a male/female & I?m super LGBTQ+ friendly (ally). I can promise decently cooked veggie dinners & OCD level cleanliness. I love cats/dogs/reptiles/etc. I know people say this a lot, but I am super chill when it comes to chores and the general shared living experience. I start school this fall, so I?m looking to move by 7/1 but am open to moving as early as mid-July.

I also have a female friend (recent college graduate) who is looking, so if you have 2 spots available I would hope to offer her one! She has a super cute golden lab dog, so is looking for dog-accepting homes.
