Looking for a room in Jamaica Plain

I'm looking for a place in good condition with working electricity, water, heat/forced air & A/C, gas and WI-FI services in Jamaica Plain, with a walking distance to the Orange Line and at least one convenience store or grocery shop.

I'm clean, organized and respectful of other people's needs and space. I'm currently working full time in retail so I have different work schedules every week (from morning to closing shifts), and usually the latest I could get home is around 11pm.

I spend most of my free time at home doing things like cleaning, meditating, watching TV, listening to music, reading, writing, editing pictures or coding. As an introvert I'm used to doing most things on my own and I spend a lot of time in my room, but I enjoy sharing conversations over breakfast/dinner and watching funny series and movies in good company. I'd love to have housemates who share some of my interests and enjoy keeping a neat space and a relaxed environment.
