My name is Shannon. I'm shopping around for a Nov 1 move-in and figured I'd post an ad to get the ball pre-rolling.

I'm ideally looking for a room in Brooklyn with a decent amount of floor space, storage and laundry in building. Also huge on cleanliness and responsibility!

I've listed my amount per month as $1,000 but, depending on the place, would be willing to talk.

I'm a 25 y/o female, originally from Jamaica. Cultured and in love with other cultures as well as my own! I'm gainfully employed and can provide proof of employment as well as roommate references if needed.

My idea of a perfect apartment is one where the roommates (all female) can collectively be chill but also efficient when it comes to house needs and cleaning!

I write/sing music and like wine nights, yoga, netflix and relaxing but also like being out and trying new things, especially in the summer. I'm looking for a comfortable place I can feel at home in and am all about the good vibes. Also open to netflixing and hanging in general! Roomies should be homies (if desired) with respect to personal space and boundaries in my opinion.
