Looking for house / roommates

I am looking for a 2 or more bedroom apartment or house (no limit to number of rooms) to share / split rent with. I am a very easy going person, I work about 10 hours a day during the week downtown and like to come home, cook, watch tv and go to bed. The most important thing for me is a parking spot and having washer / dryer in unit or close by.

On the weekends I like to go to bars / beach / hiking / surfing etc. I travel to San Diego a lot (where I went to college) on the weekends as well as where I grew up (Lake Tahoe). I consider myself very friendly and outgoing, yet love downtime just hanging at the house as well.
