Middle-aged female interested in housemate

I am am an open-minded, spiritual person. I value a clean and quiet environment. I am a 58-year old Black female, college educated. I have 3 daughters, a daughter-in-law, and a granddaughter. Occasionally I keep my granddaughter (3-years old) who I love to play with.

My ideal roommate doesn't smoke, they are clean, have good hygeine, they don't have a lot of traffic in and out of the house. They value their space as a place to resort and retreat.

I would love for the apt or house to have a yard or a balcony, plenty of windows and brightly decorated .
