Looking for private bedroom

Need of private single accommodation bedroom to rent. Expecting other tenants and landlords to be respectful and willing to grant me personal space and privacy, quiet, safe, clean/tidy, and peaceful living environment. No pets, no smoking of any kind, no vaping of any kind, no drugs other than prescription medications and over the counter medications. No wild parties! Only fun and safe parties. Will need safe parking as well for one car. I work a lot so when I?m home, I expect to have quiet and peace. Females only please. You can expect the same from me. Basically, I just need a roof over my head and bathroom for my hygiene necessities.
