Covid Layoff Needs Desperate Help

I've exhausted every resource I have. I have sought housing assistance with the County, but despite how much money they collect every year...they never seem to have funding for the actual people in need. They say I am on a list for housing, but that it can take a month or two longer to get it. My health is shot, and I can't handle the streets as I have in the past. Please, is there anyone living IN Vancouver, Wa that can help me somehow? I have a tent and a shitty-car....so even a safe place to park my car and set up my tent next to it....Please. I can and will help out with food....it's all I have.
