Mature Male Seeking Share or Sublet

Seeking comfortable room in clean, stable apartment or small home for at least a year, where I can write and do work that requires Internet access for research.

Furnishings not needed, but any in place may be useful.

I am currently doing research and writing from home.

I do not have much of a presence on the Internet, but can direct you to a few places if interested.

As a co-occupant, I believe in being clean and considerate, in mutual respect, not leaving anything around that would require others to clean up after me in common areas, or imposing on anyone in any way.

I do not smoke, and avoid being near cigarette smoke.

It does not matter if other household members are male or female, gay, straight or transgender.

Proximity to shopping, public transit and laundry is important.

I will need Internet access if available. If not I'll just bring my account along with me.
