We are moving back to Cali in July or August.

Prefer to be near beach in Oceanside, Carlsbad, or San Diego. Near like in less than a mile away.

I'm a good cook when I want to be, partner doesn’t cook very much. We are very clean and I’m pretty handy around the house. We’re usually not home a lot but when we are we’re pretty chill. We’re in recovery and I have been for a long time. We are cool with people that drink but drugs are a deal-breaker.

We are looking for a large room… maybe with terrace or balcony. A complex with a pool and gym would be great but not a deal breaker if not.
