Room Wanted, N. Side of Chicago

I am a female, professional who owns a gardening design business. I'm looking for a decent sized room & closet, WIFI, kitchen privileges and a shared living room. Private bath would be great but sharing is not a dealbreaker.

In general, I like being sociable and am interested in everything from art to politics and beyond. I cook (all types of cuisines), like to go out for dinner/drinks and attend a variety of events. I keep my living space clean and organized but I?m not overly extreme.

I have no preference as to gender. I wouldn?t mind becoming friends with my roommate(s)?but getting along and being respectful of each other is just fine.
