Hi. I'm a writer and semi-retired social worker. I am available to move within a month and have a budget of $800/month, yet have flexibility. I would like to share with males or females, if males, a mix of females and males in the home, ideally between 49 and 72 years old. I am hoping to live in a place with trees, flowers, near a stream or other place in nature. I'd like to be in the South Bay, in Lomita, Torrance, or Rancho Palos Verdes or within a 45 minute commute to the South Bay. I value honesty, cooperation and other spiritual values and don't drink or use drugs. I have a small Maltese-mix dog who likes people.
