Previously my fianc? and I were subletting separately, but now we are looking for a calm, tranquil place to call our own. We are gainfully employed as housekeepers throughout New York City working with three cleaning companies as well as retaining our personal clients as additional income therefore we will have no issues with paying our rent on time.
