Hi, I a 33 year divorced professional looking for a room to rent. I have no kids and I work about 50-60 hours per week as a call center manager. I wont be home much and don?t utilize common areas much. I mainly relax and sleep once I get home. I hoping to find a nice place to rent. I can provide proof of income and bring my credit report with me. It isn?t the greatest due to my divorce but my income exceeds what is needed to rent. I am very low maintenance and am not picky. I just prefer enough space for a full or queen bed.
