Non-Smoking Roommate Looking for Queen-Sized Room

Hi there, I'm a non-smoking single working woman looking for a single room ideally in the $700-$800 (but willing to pay up to $900) range with a ~40 minute commute to Times Square, ideally shorter. I have my own furniture including a queen-sized bed, so unfurnished is preferred, but I'm willing to discuss alternatives.

I'm someone who likes communal spaces to be clean so I'd like other clean roommates.. I'd prefer a household where parties and people staying overnight happens infrequently, since home is my rest and recharge space. I would rather not live with cats or very loud pets as well.

As a roommate I don't bring people over too often, I tend to keep to myself but I do enjoy being on good terms with my roommates, and am not opposed to hanging out and chatting from time to time. I value good communication, so having roommates who communicate well is a must.
