My name is Rah, I’m a 28-year-old male, and I work full-time as a Clinical Orthopedic Assistant at NYU Langone. I am currently living in New Jersey but am looking to relocate closer to the city as soon as possible to make my daily commute to the hospital much smoother.
My maximum budget is $1,600/month (including utilities preferred, but I can be flexible for the right fit). I am looking for either a small or large room, and I am happy to share an apartment with professionals or students of any age or gender who value a clean, peaceful, and respectful home environment.
A bit about me as a roommate: because of my healthcare schedule, I maintain a highly consistent, quiet routine during the workweek. I am exceptionally tidy, always mindful of shared common spaces, and diligent about doing my part to keep the apartment comfortable.
I do have one indoor cat who is incredibly sweet, quiet, fully litter-trained, and very used to living around people. I take immaculate care of her and ensure she is a respectful part of the household.
Financially, I am highly stable with guaranteed full-time hospital income and an excellent credit score (775+), so I can easily provide references or proof of employment/income immediately.
