Hello -- I am a single male, caucasian, non-smoker, professional, financially stable. Originally from the midwest and have been in California since 2014 (was in Bay area and San Diego before moving to Los Angeles). While I'm pretty happy where I am, I have a month-to-month arrangement at my current spot in the marina and am always open to seeing what else is out there. I always had my own place, but I found a great share with terrific people on this site and have loved it. I'm a pretty good cook if there's anyone interested in group dinners. Pool and parking space are pretty important for me, as is a private bathroom.. I love animals and would enjoy living in a house with pets, especially dogs; my own dog passed away in 2018 and I have no plans to get another any time soon. Very open to pet sitting for resident animals.
