Looking for a peaceful clean place in Altoona

Hi!

I am looking in the Altoona area.

If your ideal roommate is a cross between Sheldon Cooper, Felix Unger, and Lilith Crane-Sternin we'll get along great! I am clean, quiet, and have a good sense of humour. I love animals, but currently have no pets. Early to bed, early to rise type but am quiet in the morning if I am awake earlier than you. I like to read, try to eat healthy and exercise. I work most of the time, including weekends, and my day off is early in the week.

I am a non smoker. I drink socially/lightly, mainly an occasional glass of wine over dinner.

I am looking to share a furnished place where I have my own bathroom and bedroom. I have a vehicle, so I need parking. I would love to have a washer/dryer in the place, but at the very least have one in the building.
