Friendly, Responsible, Musician - Prospect Park

Hi!

My name is Nick - I'm 35, a professional musician (cellist and cello/violin/piano teacher). I'm a native New Yorker, but just moved back to the city a year and a half ago, after having lived in Boston for about 10 years (with a quick detour to California). I'm really enjoying being back and getting to know the city a second time :)

In terms of my personality and lifestyle, I'd describe myself as friendly, creative, and ironic. I'm very much into music, but like all arts, reading, going to events, meditation/yoga, and learning new things.

I like a positive, clean, and relaxed environment. I have my own social life, but I like chatting and catching up with roommates. Also, I like a clean place and am happy to contribute to it.

I generally teach or perform in the evenings and am usually home during the earlier part of the day. I keep my cello playing to reasonable hours and my past roommates have been totally supportive of it. I would want to make sure that's good for whoever I live with.

Because I play and study music in my room, having a larger sized room with light is a big plus.

Otherwise, I like being around creative or artistic people, so if you are, then great. But, mostly I'd like the person or people I live with to be kind, active, and communicative.

I'm aiming for a 7/1 move date, but would have some flexibility for the right place, if needed.
