Musician

Hey - I am a freelance musician and writer endeavoring to move back home to the Greater Los Angeles area for my career, as well as current job leads I am currently getting. I have been in and out of state gigging various genres for the past three years and am looking to move back home (Greater Los Angeles) permanently to establish my trade and other artistic and (industrial) skills. I currently reside in the Inland Empire and the work opportunities are very poor and far too poor to support my musical career. Not only are the work opportunities scarce, but the transportation system is failing too; this is virtually impossible for individuals with my set of circumstances. I am looking to move to LA ASAP. All the job leads I am getting at this very moment now are LA based and can only work if I am living in the Greater Los Angeles region; I'm hoping to finding a suitable agreement/negotiation for myself and a landlord here.

By the way, I am a no-nonsense, civil individual. Quite easy to get along with.
