I'm looking for a room to move into in Mid-October. I work long hours from about 9am to 9pm or later. I'm usually out of town on the weekends and get back late Sunday. If you keep regular hours, it might feel like I'm never there. I like to keep a clean apartment and stock it with good food. A quick commute to Rockefeller Center would be great.
