Retired, in excellent health

Age is just a number, DOB: 9-22-48. Slightly OCD ( not neurotic or weird, just very meticulous, clean ). Stated my interests, like to cook (quite good I?m told ). Winter I?m like a bear ( hybernating ), all other seasons out & about. I no longer drive, 1st time in 45 years fell asleep, hurt no one, thank God... busted up, after trying decided to surrender my license. Top priority: looking to live within 1/2 mile of a village: Babylon, Farmingdale, Melville, Huntington Village, Massapequa, etc. Personal doctors between W. Islip - Melville. Transportation, LIRR, buses, etc. Stores / restaurants. Prefer none to 1 roommate, private bath nice but sharing is fine. Landlord: live in, working, you will always find your home clean, maybe dinner waiting @ times. My son is 31, lives in Manhattan, he?s a playwright, piano player, singer, from as young as 4 his focus ( dream ) was theater. I visit whenever, usually monthly. I?m a gentleman, polite, respectful ( only works both ways), I believe in paying it forward when possible. In life you get what you give. My son is gay , have no problem with it, support him & others the same. NOW YOU KNOW ME... you can call 24/7 .
