Professional Looking for Room

Hi all,

I work in a clinical diagnostic lab and have a standard 9-5 schedule. I have a flexible move in window any day between May 1st through July 1st and would prefer to sign a year lease if it's possible. I'm mostly focused on my career, so I keep a low profile during the weekdays. I usually just exercise after work and cook/eat before bed. Recently, I'm making time to pursue my hobbies like playing pickup ultimate frisbee and chess. I'm often out of the apartment on the weekends. I prefer to maintain good vibes in the apartment by being cordial and conversational with the people I live with, but will otherwise respect your space if you prefer to keep to yourself.
