I am a very friendly, intelligent yet quiet and personable YOUNG 63-year old who is simply seeking a safe, clean and tranquil place WITH kitchen privileges within reasonable commuting distance of my office in Garden City, NY. I am extremely reliable and trustworthy. Fellow roommates /house-sharers would be people who are not too loud and who are RESPECTFUL of my privacy and NEED to sleep (between approx. 11pm and 8AM) . I am a very friendly, musically-inclined and mature roommate who loves books, lifetime learning, arts, culture and regular, daily physical exercise (i. e.: bicycling, running, etc). Kitchen access for my own food /meal preparation is critical- I prefer to eat organic foods.
