We are looking for a furnished room in a month by month house-share, or 6 month lease, starting January 2019. Ideally in West Seattle.

I'm Jani, the Chief Driver & General Dogsbody, Milly's title is Top Dog.

We much prefer to live in a shared house - we like being in company. We are both super chilled, and very experienced at living with people. I ran a 4-bed house share in London for 7 years, all ages ranging from 24 - 60, so pretty skilled-up on being a good roommate. Milly gets on with any cats and dogs, she has the friendly gene.

We will be based in Seattle for the next 9 months whilst we set up the Nonprofit, gain our charitable status, reel in the sponsorship and kit out the Mooch-Mobile (our RV that doubles as a sound studio). As we do the charity drive we will be broadcasting the Travelling Roadshow Podcast 'In Search of American Kindness'.

I work from my laptop and be assured that, with everything we need to do to get this show on the road, we will definitely not be underfoot. I'll be running about town taking meetings, and I work from the Impact Hub a couple of days each week.

I am Canadian, been living in the UK for the last 30 years, and now we are on the road having a Grand Adventure.

I am an exceptionally tidy person, and Milly gives chilled-out a whole new definition. She never barks (except when chasing squirrels), and she is very polite, very well trained and obedient, doesn't shed, and is just about as low impact as a dog can be.

I write and teach by profession and have a passive income from royalties for my books and on-line lectures. I am financially reliable and can offer a reference from a realtor in West Seattle who has done a financial/background check and taken references from my London landlord.

I stayed with friends (and their cat) in West Seattle when I first arrived, which is why I'm so certain we'd like to live over here. They are very happy to give us references, and in particular to offer Milly's mellow-dog reference.

I've been temporarily living with another friend in Columbia City who is also pleased to give us a glowing reference, and can attest to my tidiness and Milly's easy going nature.

We love West Seattle, and as I have friends on Vashon I am rather keen to stay within striking distance of the Fauntleroy ferry.
