Easy-going & responsible
I'm 36 and work in finance. I'm coming to NYC from LA for a work transfer, so I already have a solid job with a well-respected firm. I work a long day, and then usually hit the gym before coming home to relax. I tend to stay in on weeknights and go out during the week. I would rarely have anyone over. I'll be gone once a month for a long weekend and occasionally other times for work trips.
I'm respectful and clean. I am not passive nor am I aggressive- you do your thing and I'll do mine, and we can live and let live.
My ideal roommate would be chill but professional. Someone who is not going to be up super late on weeknights but who isn't a total potted plant either.
