Artist and Social Service Worker in Urgent Need!

Hello! I’m Aiyana, a 27-year-old originally from New York and moving back after a few months away. I land on September 29th and ideally need a place by October 2nd latest! I’ll be working full time for children's services at a domestic violence shelter Mondays through Fridays upon my return and have a signed offer letter confirming my $52,000 annual salary. I also have a recent background check and credit check I can show (after meeting in person).

Outside of work, I’m an artist (collaging, drawing, video editing, sewing), love plane spotting, and go to weekly board game nights. The loudest thing I like to do at home is play the keyboard, but even then I have headphones I plug in unless you explicitly wanna hear me play haha :) I’m a non-smoker, pretty quiet at home, and stay on top of cleaning! I love animals, love kids, and in case it's worth mentioning, I also speak French and Spanish!

Most important to me are a place within 10-15 minutes walk of the J, Z, E, *F, *R, G, *7 or Queens side N/W (asterisked are best) OR Harlem. Could even do the heights (morningside/washington) for a good enough price. I mean if POSSIBLE a private bathroom would be awesome but I know that’s a stretch.
