Single Male Seeks Spare Room

I'm looking for a clean home that has a spare room.

I have asthma & allergies (controlled thankfully) so it would be great if the home is pet free, free of mold/mildew, and the room doesn't have carpet.

Q/A:

1. Where do you work and what do you do for a living?
I work with LA Metro and I'm a bus operator

2. Do you smoke?
No smoking, drinking, or vaping

3. Do you have a car?
Yes

4. When do you want to move in?
I'm flexible, but ideally one month after we agree to move forward.

5. How are you in the kitchen?
I'm always of the mindset to reset spaces after use (wiping down counters, etc.), but for the most part I'm a pretty minimal, in and out, kitchen user.
