Please l need your room as advertised for only 13 days starting this Sunday 22nd September to Saturday 5th October.

Please I am prepared to pay upfront the two weeks rent on Sunday the 22nd of September when I arrive.

Most of the times I will be off from the room from between 7.30am to 11am to the city to keep up to several appointments and come back to the room between 7pm to 9pm.

I am a permanent legal New York Resident of the United States.

I am a practising Christian, quite, very well behave, no drama, a peaceful and caring person., I don?t smoke and don?t drink alcohol. I will be the only person staying in the room. I am a professional person in finance and legal. Preparing to write the New York bar exams. I am Male in my early 50?s.

I hope my request above is acceptable to you, please I will arrive by 6 pm on Sunday 22nd September and leave by 7pm on Saturday 5th of October 2019 to JFK heading to London, United Kingdom. I can show you my flight tickets to truly confirm this today.

Please can get back to me today if this is acceptable to you. As I need to be sure of getting a place to stay today please.
