Looking for a New Room !

Hellloooooo! My name is Jerica. I currently live in Bed-Stuy and am looking for a new place in Bushwick, Williamsburg, Ridgewood, or Greenpoint. My current apartment is not a great fit, so I have given my 30 day notice and am looking to move in the next month.

I love exploring new cuisines and seeking out great food, music venues, and fun things to do. I am a singer and producer and I work in hospitality.

Please expect that I will sing, do vocal warm-ups, and work on music production at home. I always use headphones in my room and will absolutely respect my roommates and their rest, but I want to be upfront so there are no surprises. If you are not into music at all, we may not be the best fit.

I love cooking, catching live shows, and finding new places to draw inspiration.

Huge side note: I like to keep the apartment very clean and organized. If you do not remember the last time you swept, washed kitchen towels, or cleaned the bathroom, this probably will not work.

I also have a small, well trained 16 year old Pomeranian. He is very sweet and chill and spends most of his time napping. I am fully responsible with cleaning up after him and keeping shared spaces fresh.
