I will keep this short and sweet. I am looking for a chill awesome place to rent in New York. Currently live in some not so nice dorms, and to be honest, it cost more then the mortgage for a Midtown apartment. I am pretty laid back, I am not the crazy wild type that is out all hours of the night. I'm pretty quiet and super friendly once you get to know me. I can cook as well. I'm pretty big on personal space. What's yours, is yours and whats mine is mine, unless stated otherwise. He really bad experiences with roommates and their boyfriends/girlfriends. I don't mind having them in the space but please remember that i live there as well. Other then that I am pretty open.
