2L Student seeking Irvine Housing

I am currently a professional who will be starting my second year of law school in August. I would like to share with males or females of any profession/student status ages 25-50.

Preferably looking for someone/s clean enough in public spaces. For a buddyup lease: Guests and overnight guests are fine by me.

Do NOT waste my time if you're not responsive to messages, have inappropriate questions, or want someone to subsidize you at a premium for non-premium spaces. I pay living expenses out of pocket, not with student loans so $1,900 for your 10x11 space, with a single shared bathroom for 5 tenants in a dated apartment with silverfish and a 10 minute trip to wash clothes is not what I’m looking for.
