Room wanted in Stamford, CT

I am a professional female aged 39. I am looking for a room for my brother as he often drives a lot of hours and doesnt always have time to look for a room. I am moving and he cannot move to where I am moving for both professional and personal reasons. He is available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $900/month with all utilities included if possible or be open to negotiate. He also have a daughter that sometimes will need to be able to sleep over when the mither need to work weekends. He is flexibke and is willing to share with males or females ideally between 30 and 99 years old. Very quiet and stay to himself. He doesnt really have any friends. So, other than having his daughter on some weekends, you won't have any issues with company coming and going or being in and out frequently.
