I am a creative, mature and clean female seeking a large unfurnished room for rent (I have a bed, dresser, shelving, desk). I am looking to live with mature, clean roommates. Bonus if you are a creative!
I am quiet, I don't smoke, I drink in moderation (I love going to a speak easy for curated cocktails.)
I love quirky art, interesting food, and David Sedaris.
I would love to live close to or commutable distance from a Trader Joe's or an H mart!
My rent range is $800-1600.
I have great credit, am responsible, and can give references.
I am also very pet friendly!
**I would like to have laundry in the building.
I would need to give my roommate 30 days notice. At this time, move in date would be March 1st 2020.
Ideally I would like a shared living room, but if there are lounge areas in the building, that would be fine.
I work 9-6 in the design industry near Madison Park (Trains: R, W, 6).
