My name is Emily and I'm a 22 year old professional moving to Manhattan for work! I'm a recent graduate and I'm from the DC area. I'll be working ~9-6 (typical office job) in communications in the Financial District.

I'm a very easy-going and friendly person, and would love roommates who I could get along with and hang out with. I love exploring the city, working out, hanging out with friends, museums/cultural attractions, live music, music festivals, fashion and obviously movies/tv/Netflix! I am a clean roommate but not anal about my own space-but I always, always keep common areas clean.

I'd love to live in pretty much any neighborhood in Midtown or Lower Manhattan- East Village, Kips Bay, Murray Hill, Greenwich Village, Gramercy, Hell's Kitchen. I have a budget of up to $1600-$1700 and am looking for a September 1 move-in date. I'd love to find a 'spare room' in an already established apartment, or just roommates to find a place with. Ideally, I would want doorman/elevator/laundry in the building.
