Seeking A Home!

I'm just looking for a room to call home. Something close to the subway and clean. A closet and window would be ideal. In a perfect world: outdoor space, either private or common, and a washer and dryer in the building, but I can compromise on that.

I can move in any time after July 1st, but I'm looking more preferably for an Aug 1st date. The neighborhoods I'm searching in are soho/nolita, Astor place and East Village (but only as far east as 1st Ave), Flatiron district, Union Square, and West Village near W 4th St station.

I'm quiet and organized at home, but out more often than I'm in. I go to yoga every day and I've been told I make a great smoothie, though I'm certainly no chef. Let me know if you've got a space that sounds like it could be my new home :)
