Singer, song-writer, musician, creative type

Hello!
I am looking for a long term living situation. I need an unfurnished large/BIG room in Brooklyn or Manhattan, in a place which has easy access to the Subway. (F, A, G trains are the most convenient for me) Bedford-Stuyvesant, Park Slope, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Williamsburg are neighborhoods which would be convenient for commuting to my job.
I am a musician, a singer-songwriter. Before COVID-19 I used to have a few part time jobs: teaching Spanish with music to kids, I am the music director (organist and cantor) on regular music weekend services, and I am a vocal coach as well. In the present I am still doing the music director job, and I started my virtual Spanish program for kids that I do from home.

I play a couple musical instruments, I practice regularly keyboard, ukulele, guitar and my singing technique. So, I need to live in a place which welcomes music and artists. I am friendly, I appreciate good communication, I pay bills on time, and I clean after myself, and I like others to do the same :)

I would like to live with people who are artistic, down to earth, friendly, and respectful of others.
