One large unfurnished room available for female roommate for asap or 12/1.

Room available is very spacious with great light. Located in a 3 bed/1 bathroom on 28th street near 34th ave in Astoria.

Move in ASAP or 12/1. You’d be signing a year lease so you’d need to be working full time or have a guarantor.

Our ideal roommate:
- late 20s to early 30s, woman (we're really fine with whoever, just not cis-men)
- non-smoker; no pets, please
- LGBTQ-friendly
- clean and cleans up after themselves
- respectful of common space and noise level (please don't bring the party home, unless we're hosting it)
- friendly, but we don't have to be best friends

General house rules:
- Shoes aren't worn inside
- If roommates are having guests over, a heads up is appreciated
- If guests are staying overnight, confirm with roommates that we're ok to host/there no conflicts in schedules

I am an agent that specializes in renting rooms. I will help facilitate the showing and contract to be signed. The landlord covers my realty fee to rent the room.
