Need a roommate - July 1st!

Hi! My sister and I are looking for a roommate to fill a room in a 3br apartment in Flatbush/Prospect Park South. The room is 14x10'8 for $1,350 a month.

I am 23 and a full-time teacher in NYC. My sister is 29 and works for a media company. We also have a shy but cute cat named Nugget! She mostly keeps to herself, but does not like other cats so only pet-free roommates please!

We LOVE our space and would like someone to take over part of the lease in July. My sister and I are pretty easygoing, we mostly like to relax in our space. I like to cook, smoke and watch movies/tv, play soccer, play games, chill in the park, and go out to new restaurants and bars with my friends.

The apartment is pretty spacious! We have a piano, playstation, Wii, microwave, dishwasher, and ceiling fan in every room. The building has a doorman, laundry in building, and bike room. It is a 5 minute walk to Prospect Park, a 4 minute walk to the Q/B subway, and 5 minute walk to the grocery store.

We are both friendly and are open to making new friends, but enjoy some alone time when needed and can respect privacy. Sometimes my own room can be unorganized, but I like to keep the shared spaces clean. I work in office everyday and wake up around 6am. My sister works from home three days a week.
