Furnished master bedroom (~15' by ~13') in a three bedroom rowhouse in Shaw. The room has a private bathroom and access to a small private patio in the rear. The bedroom is located in the basement towards the rear of the building. There is a desk and office chair in the basement den available for usage.

Common areas (kitchen, upstairs living room, and laundry room) are also furnished.

All utilities are included in the monthly rent.

Private parking can be provided at an additional cost.

There are two female housemates in their mid/late twenties occupying the other two rooms. Female applicants preferred.
