Opening spare room to save money, quiet person pls

Hello, my name is Ame. I've lived in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo for roughly 5 years now. I have lived mostly by myself but, to save some money, I am opening up the spare bedroom. I am looking for someone who is quiet, I am a light sleeper for one and these walls are sadly on the thinner side.

Please do not worry about some messes, I have 2 cats, many fish and they can be messy, sometimes I leave a dish or 2 in the double sink. I consider myself socially awkward, lol.

I work as a healthcare professional so post pandemic, even today, less exposure is ideal for me. In my off hours I love to video game and paint. With that said, I would appreciate a fellow gamer or someone who doesn't plan to have much foot traffic in and out. I am very private, I have enjoyed the quiet nature of this place for years.

If you have pets of your own it may be hard to get my 2 cats used to another animal. I would not want to risk the health of my 15 year old tabby for instance. However, I am willing to talk about it if you do have a pet and are in need of a place/ having a hard time finding somewhere because of said pet. Small dogs can be considered if they are ultra not aggressive.

In addition to the rent which includes internet. There is monthly gas and energy which fluctuates.

All in all I am looking for a quiet person who doesn't plan to have many guests/ people in and out. Small Pets considered. Gamers welcome. If this looks like the place for you we can discuss adding you to to lease =)
