I am Abdul, 32 y/o male. I a Business Owner and an MBA Candidate at UC Irvine class of 2025. My wife and 2 y/o son just moved back to Wisconsin, where I will be meeting them after graduating next year. We have a 2bed/2Bath Apartment, and I am looking to rent the other room out.
Ideal roommate: someone that doesn't drink, is matured, responsible, clean, no drama, and able to pay rent on time.
The Village Apartment has 4 blocks, and each block has it's own gym, pool, hot tub, lots of BBQ and outdoor lounges and 1 of them has a pinp-pong table- you will have access to everything. You have your own parking spot too. We are right across from the Spectrum Mall, and you can check other amenities on The Village at Irvine Spectrum website.
Lease ends in May 2025.
