Hi, my place has an available room for you towards the end of the summer, and you can use all shared spaces in the house as well. Your room is approx. 11x14 ft, has an attached private bathroom, a walk-in closet, a window seat with a large window, has a slight view of the flatirons, and is located right next to our in-unit laundry. This place is a townhome, so I’ve got my own bedroom, we have a living room, dining room, kitchen, fireplace, half bath downstairs for guests, a front patio with a grill, and a large two car attached garage. You will have your own parking space in the garage, and there is a large amount of storage space in there as well. The neighborhood contains a lot of families, has mature trees, and is located near a lot of shops and restaurants, has convenient access to Hwy-36 (15 minutes from Boulder, 20-25 minutes from Denver). The complex has a lot of amenities including multiple pools, a large exercise gym, a lake, an indoor basketball court, a nearby skatepark and dog park, and easy access to green spaces and walking/biking trails.
You will be living with just me, and I don’t have any pets right now but would consider getting a small dog and/or a small fish tank. I am allergic to cats. The price of $1600 is for everything I mentioned, plus all utilities, internet, etc. That’s what I estimate being your total monthly apartment costs.
